What if I already lift but feel stuck?

Is this just a workout plan?

No. The workout plan is only one part. The real value is feedback, check-ins, form review, progress tracking and adjustments.

Do I have to want to powerlift?

No. You can train for muscle, fat loss, strength, confidence or general fitness. Powerlifting coaching is available if you're looking to compete or get better in competition.

Is nutrition included?
